Subscriptions to Stone Soup and Stonesoup.com. Children’s Art Foundation, parent company of Stone Soup magazine and Stonesoup.com, is a 501(c)(3) educational charity registered in the United States. Print+Digital or Digital-Only subscriptions are available for purchase, either on an annual or monthly recurring basis. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate all or part of your subscription, for any lawful reason, without further obligation. This means that we may change the way in which we deliver Stone Soup‘s content to you. We may change the way the website or other digital content is organized. You are not entitled to a refund in these circumstances.
Cancellations initiated by you. All subscriptions are automatically set up to auto-renew and are prepaid. You may discontinue your Stone Soup subscription in one of two ways. If you have signed up for auto-renewal, then you are responsible for cancelling your subscription by not renewing for a further term when you receive the auto-renewal reminder email. You may log into your online account at any time and change your subscription details. If you have not signed up for auto-renewal, then do not renew when you receive a renewal notice. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your prepaid subscription term.
Refunds. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions. We may offer partial refunds on the unused portion of an annual subscription, at our discretion. Please contact us with any queries.
Digital platforms. The website Stonesoup.com and other digital platforms are provided “as is.” If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you are not entitled to a refund.
Newsletter. We produce a free biweekly newsletter containing news, activities, contest updates, and other information which may occasionally include offers and information about new products such as Stone Soup books for sale. The newsletter is delivered every other Saturday to subscribers (purchasers and readers) and to other non-subscribers who have signed up to receive it. All newsletter recipients may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every issue of the newsletter.
