I want to be honest with you. As of April 2026, we are behind in evaluating submissions. Stone Soup came close to closing. We are coming alive again. But submissions have to be treated delicately. I am close to having an evaluation system that I trust. At that point, with the help of the Stone Soup Editorial Committee, those of you who sent us work but haven’t heard from us will hear from us. Once the backlog is cleared, write to editor@stonesoup.com to talk about ambitious writing projects. There is no word limit. Works are initially published at StoneSoup.com, with selected works chosen for print publication.
