Tang Li, aims to share this artwork to express her winter break plan– baking apples to an apple pie for the family. As a novice baker, she believes that sharing an apple pie is a great idea for Christmas Eve. As apples sound like “safe and sound” in Chinese language, she would borrow the wishful meaning of the fruit via a pie to warm up family’s bodies and heart.
