My Eyes Stretch

Avery Lakomy

North, south, east, westMy eyes stretch into different directionsRegions are divided before my eyesSeparate places I’m taught

But my compass rose must be brokenAll I can see is one regionAren’t we all living togetherInstead of being separated by the paths of the windOr by all the people of the regions

Why can’t we all fit into one placeWhere we’ll accept each faceNo one will winNo one will loseNo one will even have to choose over people

What region am I in now
