Personal Narrative

Hello everyone. I am Rebecca Radjabu Resca. I am nineteen years old. I live in New Congo Village near the Holy Spirit Church in Nakivale Refugee Settlement. Before I found myself in Uganda, I first lived in Democratic Republic of Congo in the Kisangani district.

My story is about my own life around the year of 2016. It shows how I once suffered on a journey through life and school, together with my family. I hope through reading it, my readers will learn that it’s possible to survive any life condition because if I wouldn’t have resisted the worst situation I passed through, worse things could have happened. I see young girls getting early pregnancies due to the suffering they face and trying to help their families. I want people to learn that everyone will get his/her right time.
