Write about the most interesting people you know. They can be your age, older, or younger. They don’t have to be considered interesting by anyone but you. They just have to be people you think are cool.

Your main character’s sibling, cousin, or best friend has been given a prize, award, honor or other distinction that they had hoped to receive for themselves. Write a story about what happens–how they feel, what they do, and how it impacts their relationship with the other character.

Write about your most embarrassing moment. You can embellish as much as you want. (This might be a stretch–but it won’t be so embarrassing once you’ve put it into words!)
