Hope
Amal, was 9 years old and living in an abandoned building (5th school squat) in Athens when she painted this picture. The picture depicts the journey refugees take (including her) and represents hope for a better life and future. Amal, means "Hope" in arabic and she has written this in arabic on the painting.
