Subscriptions to Stone Soup. The Children’s Art Foundation, parent company of Stone Soup Magazine, is a 501(c)3 educational charity registered in the United States. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate all or part of your subscription, for any lawful reason, without further obligation. This means that we may change the way in which we deliver Stone Soup’s content to you, for example, from print to digital. We may change the way the website or other digital content is organized. You are not entitled to a refund in these circumstances.
Cancellations initiated by you. All subscriptions are pre-paid and non-refundable. You may discontinue your Stone Soup one of two ways. If you have signed up for auto-renewal, then you are responsible for cancelling your subscription by not renewing for a further term when you receive the auto-renewal reminder email. If you have not signed up for auto-renew, then do not renew when you receive a renewal notice. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your pre-paid subscription term.
Refunds. We are sorry, but we cannot offer refunds.
Digital platforms. The website stonesoup.com and other digital platforms are provided “as is.” If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you are not entitled to a refund.
